Coral Fragging Workshop

Here it is guys the ever popular coral fragging class and workshop. If you have never been to one of these classes I would highly recommend showing up early as it is always standing room only. We will provide colonies of a wide variety of coral species and them we will teach you the safe and proper way to divide those colonies into frags and mini colonies. At the end of the class we will raffle off the freshly fragmented coral for raffle ticket donations. Hopefully this year we will be able to get most of the coral donated to us from Walt Smith in Fiji. This is our most attended meeting of the year and your chance to go home with a box full of coral frags usually for less than the price of one cheap retail piece.

Tank Tour

  • 1117 Grant Avenue Irwin, PA, 15642 United States (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

We do not normally have a meeting in November other than the end of year Board meeting, however this year some of us thought that it would be nice to do something a little different. We are going to have a tank tour and refreshments at Greg Swiech's house in Irwin PA. This is a wonderful opportunity to see an entire system up and running and get a walk through of how and why the equipment and filtration system is setup the way that it is in a hands on learning environment.
